Returns Policy
Squashmajik is happy to refund your purchase price (excluding postage cost) within 30 days of the purchase, providing the product is returned to us at your cost, unused and in perfect condition. The returned racquet must not have been hit with and the plastic around the handle must be intact and in perfect condition.
Warranty Policy
Racquet manufacturers typically offer a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. However, due to the nature of the game of squash, it is commonplace for racquets to break due to clipping walls or other racquets. Manufacturers' warranties do not cover breakages of this type.
If you believe that a product you have purchased from us has a manufacturing defect then you can return it to us at your cost and we will forward it on to the manufacturer for their assessment. If the manufacturer deems the product faulty then they will provide a replacement. If the manufacturer deems the product not to have a manufacturing fault, or that any damage has occurred in normal use due to the nature of the game of squash, then they will not provide a replacement. We are bound by their decision and if you wish the product to be returned to you it is at your cost.
However, in instances where a relatively new racquet has broken during normal use, we are usually happy to offer you a replacement racquet at a discounted price. We call this our "puncture on the way home from the tire shop" discount!
